About
Fort Thomas based painter, Zack Russell, has been honing his
painting skills in recent years. With a long career in graphic design
and a curiosity for the fine arts he recently started producing realistic
color pencil renderings. He would capture the soul of the person
or pet through expression.
Zack’s paintings have been an exploration of freedom from
constraint from his realistic work. Using acrylic paint in intense color,
contrast and movement. Working abstractly with semi-transparant
layering in graphic and nature inspired themes.
